Recharge/Bill Payment/Money Transfer and Pending Transactions:

EASY PAN SERVICE has tied up with a third party enabler for the recharge and Bill Payments.
EASY PAN SERVICE is not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of recharge from mobile operators end.
Though, best efforts are made to keep the service above acceptance levels. User is solely responsible for the selection of mobile operator and the
recharge/bill payment amount. EASY PAN SERVICE is not responsible for talk-time given against recharge done through
EASY PAN SERVICE as this is purely at mobile operator's disposal.

All Other Services: T+1 working day
User Account:
In order to access the features of EASY PAN SERVICE or use the Services, we will have to create a Virtual Wallet.
You represent and warrant to EASY PAN SERVICE that all information you submit when you Reigister user on
EASY PAN SERVICE portal that information accurate, current and complete. If EASY PAN SERVICE has reason to believe that your USER
Account information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete, EASY PAN SERVICE reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion,
to suspend or terminate your Account in any time without giving any prior notice. For use or access services of EASY PAN SERVICE you have to
maintain minimum amount of Rs.0 in wallet(Rs.1000 Maintain Wallet in DISTRIBUTOR & API PARTNER). If customer surrenders his branch id before 3 years
then amount Rs.1000 (including training ,marketing User account maintain and service serve etc. ) will be nonrefundable.
There is No registration Charge taken by or in behalf of EASY PAN SERVICE.
Payment/Wallet:
We accept 24x7 billing system available for neft and imps. Remember we only payment directly from bank not from any 3rd party website.
Visa and Master Credit Card, Debit Cards and Net banking as mode of payments which are processed through our payment gateway partner.
No information pertaining to payment is shared with us as you fill all the payment related information on your bank's site.
in case payment gateway any transaction dispute and dispute closed, amount will be debit from your wallet.
in case your wallet balance insufficient, transaction amount you will be pay our bank account.

Eligibility:
The services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or to anyone previously suspended or removed from the services by
EASY PAN SERVICE. By accepting these Terms & Conditions or by otherwise using the Services or the Site, You represent
that You are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services. You represent and
warrant that You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions
of this Agreement. You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity.
General Provision:
All the terms and conditions between you and EASY PAN SERVICE shall be governed by the law of India. By visiting EASY PAN SERVICE, you agree to the laws.
Any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and EASY PAN SERVICE or its affiliates is subject to Ludhiana jurisdiction only.
No Refund Policy:
We donot have any refund policy, funds transferred to us will never be refunded. So kindly test our services well before making any future transactions.
Account Termination / Change on Margin:
we reserves the rights to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers.
We also reserves the rights to increase/decrease margin/surcharge on any operator anytime without prior notification to their customers.
We also reserves the rights to terminate/suspend any of their customer account on violation of our terms and conditions
or abuse or any harassment or if customer do not take any recharge balance for more than 1 year or customer uses our services
on non-B2B website/portal/app. Pre-approval is required for B2C website/portal/app. No refund will be provided in all
cases and if there is any amount of remaining balance left in customer account on our website, same will be converted to
zero or nil and no refund/redeem will be given to customer. One recharge transaction and one payment transaction is mandatory
in every 90 days, if EASY PAN SERVICE user has not done any recharge and payment transaction in last 90 days, his/her account
will be terminated/suspended automatically by our system. Our Terms & Conditions may change often, so kindly
